We need home care assistants in Norwich! We’re recruiting for care workers now – you’ll be out in the community visiting people in their own homes. You’ll need your own transport, but we’ll reimburse your expenses.
Never worked in care or had a previous health care job? No problem! We’re happy to train you. What’s more, you could be working towards nationally recognised qualifications from the off.

If you’re a care worker in a care home, there are many good reasons to take up a position in home care. You’ll get to be one-on-one with your clients and you’ll get more time. Your work will be a mixture of lone working and working with others.

We’re Nouveau Care, a Home Care service in Norwich.
We provide a range of care and support services for mostly elderly people with conditions ranging from dementia to stroke recovery.
We’re seeking to recruit some wonderful new care workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our service – could this be you?
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with attitudes and behaviours that match our own! You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started – we can work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.
Above all we want someone that can:
- Be patient and sympathetic
- Be a good listener
- Support dignity and show respect to the people that they will be working with
- Work well as part of our team

The duties will be varied, and no two days will be the same. Our service users are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. You might find yourself supporting with personal care needs, meals, medication, or even just keeping someone company.
You’re applying for one of our paid-by-the-hour positions – good choice!
These are great positions for flexible working.
You’ll receive a great hourly rate of £8.92 per hour plus 45p per mile.
On top of this, you’ll get 28 days paid holiday each year pro rata.
We’ll need you to be reliable and trustworthy, not to mention a people person!
