Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to join our client’s dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone seeking a balance of NHS and private dental work, with substantial mentorship and support. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available for overseas candidates looking to establish themselves in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a range of dental treatments to both NHS and private patients.
• Achieve a UDA target of 6000+, with scope for private dentistry upgrades.
• Utilize cutting-edge equipment, including digital X-rays and rotary endodontics.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with patients through exceptional care.
• Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team.

Skills and Experience

• Essential: GDC-registered dentist.
• Preferred: Active NHS Performer Number or willingness to work toward obtaining one.
• Strong communication and clinical skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in the UK dental system.
• Proficiency with EXACT or other practice management software.
• Interest in exploring additional private or cosmetic treatments.

Working Hours, Salary, and Benefits

• Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
• Salary: £12-14 per UDA, based on experience, with 50% remuneration for private work.
