Nouveau Care Norwich is a Norfolk care agency located on Ber Street, Norwich. We’re easy to find and we welcome visitors – we’re about 300 yards past the famous John Lewis department store on the corner of All Saints Green. Perhaps more famous is our location at the former site of the Jolly Butchers Pub. You might have to be old enough to remember Bonds to know this though! The easiest way to find us is to look for the archway of Jolly Butchers Yard. We’re accessed to the rear of 125 Ber Street behind Robert Moy estate agents through the archway. We’re always looking for new applicants for our Home Care Assistant and Healthcare Assistant jobs – of course we list these across the internet, but we welcome applicants to come and see us in person! Who are Nouveau Care Norwich?
Nouveau Care Norwich is a family run local care agency specialising in quality home care services. We also provide live in care and agency care staff to care homes and other healthcare establishments. Nouveau Care was started in 2015 by Tom Smith and Nasnine Ragu with the intention of providing better home care locally and better jobs for home care assistants. When we started we only had a small number of private clients, but they were very happy with the personalised service we provided. We became accredited to provide domiciliary care for Norfolk County Council and the NHS not long after. In 2017 we were rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, a rating we maintain to this day. In 2020, we started providing agency care staff in Norwich and this has also been a huge success for us.
