Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Dentist to join a six-surgery dental practice. With an established patient list to inherit and support from in-house specialists, this role is ideal for dentists at any stage of their career.

Key Details:

• Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
• Hours: Full or part-time (2-5 days per week, flexible on days)
• Earnings: £120,000-£130,000+ expected annual income
• NHS Component: £14 per UDA with flexible UDA allocation (no strict targets)
• Private Work: High demand for private treatments in an affluent area

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental care to both NHS and private patients.
• Manage an established patient list with strong potential for additional private work.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists, including an endodontist, implantologist, prosthodontist, and visiting periodontist and orthodontist.
• Utilize advanced technology, such as iTero scanners and endo microscopes, to provide high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential: GDC-registered dentist.
• Preferred: Experience in NHS and private dentistry.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in professional development and a collaborative approach to patient care.

Nice to Have

• EEA/PLVE mentoring experience or willingness to mentor.
• Interest in advanced or specialist treatments such as orthodontics, implants, or endodontics.
• Familiarity with digital workflows and high-spec equipment.
