Role Description

We are seeking a committed and skilled Associate Dentist to join the dynamic team. This position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities, a supportive environment, and excellent earning potential through a mix of NHS and private work.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dental treatments to a well-established NHS and private patient base.
• Manage up to 8000 UDAs, with scope for private work.
• Utilize advanced equipment, including iTero digital scanners, intraoral cameras, and digital X-rays.
• Work collaboratively with a permanent hygienist and a highly trained team.
• Maintain high clinical standards while building strong patient relationships.

Skills and Experience

• Essential: GDC-registered dentist.
• Preferred: NHS Performer Number.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide comprehensive care to diverse patients in a mixed practice setting.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with restorative work and digital workflows.
• Familiarity with SOE (Software of Excellence) systems.
• Interest in further developing private treatment offerings.

Working Hours, Salary, and Benefits

• Working Hours: Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday (negotiable).
• Salary:
  • £12+ per UDA, depending on experience.
  • 50% private revenue and lab fees.
• Benefits:
  • Up to 8000 UDAs available (negotiable).
