Senior Carer – Nights
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Nouveau Care is acting as a recruitment business for this role & helping a local care home in Norwich, Norfolk, UK find some great new staff. We specialise in connecting skilled professionals with rewarding opportunities in the care sector. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Carer to work night shifts in a care home in Norwich.
As a Senior Carer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents during the night. This includes overseeing care delivery, supporting junior staff, and ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained. Your duties will encompass personal care, medication administration, monitoring residents’ safety, and maintaining accurate records, all while fostering a compassionate and respectful environment. You’ll work under the supervision of the registered manager and alongside the community nurses for this senior role.
This is a full-time, permanent night shift position, with an average of 39 hours per week. Shifts typically run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, on a rotational schedule. Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the care home.
