Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join this thriving mixed practice. This is a permanent position, available due to a current dentist reducing their hours. Offering up to 3,000 UDA and a great scope for private earnings, this role is perfect for a dentist looking to grow professionally in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of NHS and private dental treatments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with an established patient base.
• Uphold the practice’s high standards of clinical and ethical care.
• Keep accurate, compliant records of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements

• GDC registration and active NHS performer number (essential).
• Commitment to continuous professional development and delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a friendly and professional team.

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in a mixed practice is desirable but not required.
• Confidence in offering and delivering private treatments, including Invisalign or implants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours

• Two days per week: Monday and Friday.
• Flexibility in working hours may be considered for the right candidate.
