Role Description

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a thriving practice on a part-time or full-time basis. The role offers flexibility, with an attractive UDA rate and fantastic private earning potential. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality NHS and private dental care to patients.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Perform a wide range of treatments, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
• Support the growth of the practice by offering tailored private treatment plans.
• Adhere to GDC guidelines and regulatory standards to provide safe and effective care.

Requirements

• Full GDC registration.
• NHS performer number or eligibility to obtain one.
• Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for qualified applicants.
• A patient-focused approach with a commitment to clinical excellence.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a mixed NHS/private dental practice is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with patients.
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• Interest or experience in private treatments, such as Invisalign or implants, is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible working arrangements:
  • Part-time: Two days per week (e.g., Monday and Friday).
  • Full-time: Tailored schedule to fit your needs.
