Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist, Private Dentist, or General Dentist to join our thriving practice in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a strong support team. Visa holders with overseas qualifications welcome for eligible international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
  • Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
  • Utilize CAD/CAM technology to create precise dental restorations.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice dentistry in Canada.
  • Internationally trained dentists must meet eligibility requirements for Canadian licensure (NDEB-certified or in the process of certification).
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.
