About the Role

Nouveau Care is recruiting on behalf of a well-established mixed NHS & Private dental practice in Ipswich. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join a dynamic and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established patient base, access modern technology, and maximise earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage various dental conditions
• Provide high-quality NHS and private dental care
• Perform a range of procedures, including general dentistry, orthodontics (preferred but not mandatory), implants, and cosmetic treatments
• Maintain excellent patient care and satisfaction

Salary & Benefits

• Up to 7,500 UDAs available + excellent private income
• Private earnings split: 47% Private / 50% lab fees

Requirements

• GDC registration and active England Performer number (or VTE support available)
• DBS check required (assistance available if needed)
• Tier 2 sponsorship provided for eligible overseas candidates
