We are currently seeking a qualified nurse with a strong background in elderly care to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. This remote position is crucial in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of care services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, coupled with a deep understanding of elderly care needs.
– Provide virtual support to the management team, including scheduling, administrative tasks, and client coordination.
– Assist in the development and implementation of care plans for elderly clients, ensuring they meet individual needs and preferences.
– Conduct virtual assessments and follow-up consultations with clients and their families to monitor health status and care satisfaction.
– Manage electronic health records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
– Liaise with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to coordinate care and services.
– Provide guidance and support to caregivers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all aspects of care delivery.
– Qualified nurse beneficial.
– Demonstrated knowledge and experience in elderly care, preferably in a domiciliary setting.
– Strong organisational and time management skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient in using digital communication tools and electronic health record systems.
– Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup for remote work.
– Proven experience as a nurse, with a focus on elderly care.
– Ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
– Experience in managing administrative tasks and supporting a team in a healthcare environment.
– Familiarity with UK healthcare regulations and best practices in domiciliary care.
– Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
– Part-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and team.
– Some evening and weekend availability may be required to support client consultations and team meetings.
