About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our client’s compassionate team at a family-run nursing home, dedicated to delivering exceptional care. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for residents by providing high-quality, personalised nursing care. Your clinical expertise will support the health and well-being of our 40+ residents, ensuring dignity and respect in a warm and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Administer medications, manage chronic conditions, and conduct detailed health assessments to develop personalised care plans.
• Resident Support: Deliver compassionate nursing care tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
• Communication: Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and family members to maintain accurate and effective care plans.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a professional and positive team environment, fostering strong working relationships with colleagues.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: A valid NMC PIN is required for this role.
• Experience: Experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting is preferred but not essential.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and health assessments.
• Communication: Compassionate and professional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and families.
• Teamwork: A collaborative mindset to deliver exceptional care.

• Flexible hours: 19–40 hours per week available.
