Job Summary

Nouveau Care is recruiting for the role of Registered Manager at a CQC-registered service supporting adults with physical disabilities. Role Description

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards while delivering person-centred care. You will manage staff, budgets, and partnerships, fostering a supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being. This role offers a unique combination of leadership and hands-on care delivery, ensuring the highest quality of service for residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of care services in line with CQC requirements.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, agencies, and external partners.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Manage budgets and oversee the financial performance of the service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring a motivated and skilled team.
  • Maintain health and safety standards within the service.
  • Provide flexible support to meet the needs of service users and the organisation.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector.
  • Previous experience in a CQC-regulated service is preferred.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage under pressure.
  • A compassionate and hands-on approach to care delivery.
  • Experience in providing personalised care that maximises service user independence.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partners.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week.
  • Flexibility required to meet service demands.
