Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Private Dental Associate to join a fully private/Denplan practice near Gloucester. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional private dental care to a loyal and well-maintained patient base.
• Work closely with a skilled team of dental professionals, including hygienists and dental nurses, to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize state-of-the-art digital technology, including Dentally software, intraoral scanners, and digital radiography.
• Offer a full range of private dental treatments, with opportunities to expand into areas such as Invisalign, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Engage in regular professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and stay at the forefront of modern dentistry.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• GDC registration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in private dentistry.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

Desirable:

• Experience with Invisalign, composite bonding, or implantology.
• Interest in expanding into high-demand treatments such as facial aesthetics.
• A long-term commitment to growing within the practice.

Working Hours

• Flexible working options available, including part-time or full-time roles.
• 8–10-hour shifts.
• Day shifts, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend availability.
