We’re Nouveau Care, a Home Care service in Norwich.
We provide a range of care and support services for mostly elderly people with conditions ranging from dementia to stroke recovery.
We’re seeking to recruit some great new care workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our service – could this be you?
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own! You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.
Above all we want someone that can:

- Give dignity and show respect to the people that they will be working with
- Work well as part of our team

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our service users are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include supporting with personal care needs, support with meals or medication, or even just a cup of tea and a chat!
You’re applying for one of our full-time driver positions – good choice!
You’ll receive a great salary of £18,000 pa. with travel paid at 45p per mile.
On top of this, you’ll get 28 days paid holiday each year.
We’ll need you to be reliable and used to early starts & full days, not to mention a people person!
You’ll work a European shift pattern, which means you’ll work 7 long days in every 14 with more time off and flexibility!
