Role Description

We are recruiting caring and dependable Care Assistants to work as part of our domiciliary care team across Norwich and Norfolk. Key Responsibilities

Care Assistants will provide both practical and emotional support to people in their own homes, following personalised care plans and risk assessments. Skills and Experience

Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or Domiciliary Care Worker is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. Working hours follow a European shift pattern of 7 days worked in every 14-day period, providing a structured and predictable rota with regular paid overtime in line with Working Time Regulations.
