This well-established, mixed NHS and private practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care in a modern, welcoming environment.

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Locum Dentist to join the team on a flexible basis and help maintain the practice’s high clinical standards.

Role Overview
As a Locum Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality general dental services, focusing on both NHS and private care. You’ll be supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team and work with the latest digital systems in a well-organised and patient-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of routine and advanced dental treatments, including examinations, fillings, and extractions

• Deliver preventative oral health advice tailored to patient needs

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions with professionalism and care

• Keep accurate clinical records using the practice’s digital system

• Ensure full compliance with GDC, CQC, and practice protocols

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary dental team

• Uphold the practice’s excellent reputation in the Kensington and Chelsea community

Essential Requirements

• Full GDC registration

• Professional indemnity insurance

• Experience in a dental practice, with a focus on delivering high standards of care

• Excellent communication and patient care skills

• A commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical clinical practice

Preferred:

• NHS Performer Number (preferred but not essential)

Skills and Attributes

• Strong background in general dentistry

• Familiarity with digital record-keeping and clinical software

• Confident working with a mix of NHS and private patients

• Professional, friendly, and adaptable approach to clinical work

Working Hours
This locum opportunity offers flexibility to accommodate your availability. Working hours will be agreed in advance based on practice needs and your preferences.

Pay and Benefits

• Competitive day rate: £450–£500 (depending on experience)

• Optional UDA-based pay with flexible targets
