Nouveau Care is currently recruiting for a leading mixed NHS and private dental practice located in the heart of Westminster, one of London’s most central and prestigious boroughs. With a well-established reputation for excellent clinical care and a modern, professional working environment, this practice is ideally placed to serve a diverse and high-demand patient base from across Central London.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Locum Dentist to provide flexible support to the team and ensure continuity of outstanding dental services.

Role Overview
As a Locum Dentist in Westminster, you will deliver a wide range of dental treatments with a strong focus on patient experience and clinical quality. Working in a state-of-the-art practice alongside a friendly and skilled team, you’ll contribute to both NHS and private care pathways and help maintain the practice’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and restorative dental procedures, including check-ups, fillings, and extractions

• Provide preventative oral health advice and treatment plans

• Diagnose and manage dental conditions with a compassionate, patient-first approach

• Ensure accurate digital record-keeping and clinical documentation

• Adhere to all GDC and CQC regulations and internal protocols

• Work collaboratively with dental nurses, hygienists, and reception staff to deliver seamless patient care

• Represent the practice professionally within the Westminster community

Essential Requirements

• Full registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)

• Professional indemnity insurance

• Previous experience in NHS and/or private dental settings

• Excellent clinical and communication skills

• A strong commitment to compliance, professionalism, and patient care

Preferred:

• NHS Performer Number (beneficial but not mandatory)

Skills and Attributes

• Confident in general dentistry and patient interaction

• Proficient in digital dental systems and practice software

• Adaptable and organised in a fast-paced clinical setting

• Team-focused with a friendly and professional manner

Working Hours
Flexible hours are available to fit your schedule and the practice’s needs. Days and shifts will be agreed upon in advance.

Pay and Benefits

• Daily rate of £450–£500, depending on experience

• UDA-based pay models with negotiable targets available
