Role Description

In this role, you will deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to a child within their home environment. You will be part of a nurse-led care team, providing clinical care with professionalism and empathy, working closely with family members and the clinical team to foster independence and safeguard the client’s well-being.

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver exceptional, evidence-based nursing care and implement tailored care plans.
– Safeguard the client’s comfort, safety, and independence.
– Collaborate closely with family members and the clinical team.
– Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring accurate clinical reporting.
– Maintain professional and accurate clinical notes.

Skills and Experience

– Registered with the NMBI or holder of an NMBI Decision Letter.
– Qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Children’s Nurse (RCN).
– Paediatric nursing experience is desirable.
– Previous home care experience is an advantage, but full training and support are provided.

Working Hours, Salary, and Benefits

– Full-time, night shifts available.
– Market-related salary.
– 20 days of paid annual leave per year.
– Contract duration: 12 to 24 months.
– Relocation package includes:
