Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to oversee and support our care team. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of care are maintained and that our clients receive consistent, reliable, and high-quality services. This role involves supervising care staff, conducting assessments, and liaising with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction and well-being. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

– Previous experience in a supervisory role within domiciliary or residential care.

– Strong organisational and leadership skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
