What are We Looking for from You?
We want to work with recruiters who can demonstrate they have a diverse candidate pool & credible strategies for repeat recruitment. You’ll work with our training partners to ensure your candidates’ training is adapted to the UK & provide a minimum number of shortlisted candidates for interview.
Your Eligible
Candidates
You’ll find us candidates with verifiable experience of at least 1 year in formal care settings such as hospitals. They’ll be able to pass all our background checks, plus meet all the established UKVI visa requirements. They will have strong English – both with SELT testing and at interview.

There is guaranteed visa sponsorship available for a minimum number of your candidates in our home care service when you partner with Nouveau Care.
