Role Description

Key Responsibilities
– Deliver exceptional NHS and private dental care to a loyal and well-maintained patient base.
– Work closely with a skilled team of dental professionals, including hygienists and dental nurses, to ensure optimal patient care.
– Utilise state-of-the-art digital technology, including Dentally software, intraoral scanners, and digital radiography.
– Offer a full range of NHS and private dental treatments, with opportunities to expand into areas such as Invisalign, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
– Engage in regular professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and stay at the forefront of modern dentistry.
Skills and Experience
– GDC registration.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in NHS and/or private dentistry.
– Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
– Experience with Invisalign, composite bonding, or implantology is desirable.
– Interest in expanding into high-demand treatments such as facial aesthetics is a plus.
Working Hours, Pay, and Benefits

– 8–10-hour shifts.
– Day shifts, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend availability.
